Description:    

A natural color extracted from fresh leaf of perilla. The main compositions are shisonin and shisolanin. It’s soluble in water, ethanol and acetic, insoluble in oil. The color of its solution is red when PH is 2-6, blue when PH is 7, while green when PH is above 7.
